The Day Camp Daily is an online newspaper created by talented young photojournalist, ages 7 to 12 years of age, and focuses on documenting the first week of day camp at Mariposa Parks and Recreation. This online publication is a part of a photojournalism unit offered as a partnership program between the County of Mariposa’s Department of Parks and Recreation and the Mariposa County Arts Council at the camp that covered the following subjects: vantage points, decisive moment, lighting, portraiture, and the elements of art.
